South-west wall : Between the
doors of the
chapels H and
G, this panel shows the first two representations of Hapy, the Nile god carrying offerings. According to Mariette
(1880), they carry on their heads the names of the subdivisions of nomes, the Pehous from where
the offerings come. On the right, maybe a subdivision
of the 7th or the 8th nomes of Lower Egypt, symbolized all two by the Harpoon.
